Confluence Connects is where task forces, coalitions, and working groups gather public and stakeholder input on the issues they’ve been asked to solve. Real processes. Real voices. Results that reach the people making decisions.
Educators and school staff surveyed through the platform
Action recommendations shaped by public input from one project alone
Policy outcomes shaped by Confluence-facilitated processes
Most stakeholder engagement processes are held together by a patchwork of survey links in emails, comment forms on agency websites, shared folders, and meeting recordings that nobody can find. Confluence Connects replaces that with a single, organized place for every project.
The public can take surveys, share written stories, upload audio comments, and link video responses. Working group members can find agendas, minutes, and materials without digging through their inbox. And the facilitation team can review and publish submissions without rebuilding anything on the page.
Every project has a dedicated page. Input is organized by topic. Results are published as the process advances. Nothing disappears into a file.

Multiple choice, ranking, scale, matrix, and open text. Built in SurveyMonkey and embedded directly in the project page.

Submitted through the project page, reviewed before publishing. Name and affiliation are at the submitter's discretion.

Share your experience in your own words. Reviewed before publishing.

Participants share a link to a video posted online. Displayed publicly on the project's Input to Date page after review.

Agendas, minutes, presentations, and video recordings organized by meeting date. Accessible without a login.
Someone involved in a policy process, a task force, or a community initiative wanted to hear from people like you. This is where you do that. It takes five to ten minutes, no account required, and you’ll be able to see what was heard once the process publishes its findings.
Yes. Every project on this platform is a real policy or stakeholder engagement process facilitated by Confluence PSG. The facilitation team reviews all submissions before they're published.
It has before. The Educator Safety Task Force gathered input from over 1,100 educators on this platform. That input shaped 59 specific action recommendations that went to state leaders. We publish what was heard, not just what was recommended.
Yes. Your email address and any identifying information you provide is not displayed publicly unless you choose to share your name. Information is not sold or shared beyond the project team.
No. You can submit a survey, written comment, audio file, or video link without creating an account. Signing up for project updates is optional.
Enterprise civic engagement tools are built for procurement officers, not facilitators. They’re expensive, inflexible, and designed around compliance documentation rather than the quality of input they gather. Confluence Connects was built from the inside of a facilitation practice to solve for the actual work.

Action recommendations in the published Roadmap
The Colorado Educator Safety Task Force used Confluence Connects to gather surveys, written testimonials, audio comments, and video submissions from educators across the state. Findings were organized by topic and presented to the 17-member task force monthly. The final Roadmap for Action, published in June 2025, drew directly from what was submitted here.

Confluence PSG does not advocate for any specific policy outcome in the processes it facilitates. The platform is a tool for gathering and organizing input, not for shaping what that input says. Every submission is reviewed for appropriateness before publishing, but the content of what participants share is never edited or filtered for political alignment.
