The Educator Safety Task Force (ESTF) was created to examine issues of aggressive or violent behavior by a student directed toward staff. To gather the experiences of school staff, Confluence led an effort that engaged over 1,000 educators and professionals. Surveys, written stories and videos, critical information and experiences were collected and informed recommendations to state and local leaders.
